Our methodology
The methodology for growth in full.
We design and run your company's go-to-market system, from market position to revenue.
The buyer changed. The funnel stopped existing.
The buying journey that marketing funnels described no longer matches how decisions actually form. The B2B buyer reaches most of the conclusion before making contact, and the part of the process that weighs most on the choice happens beyond the reach of conventional measurement.
Budgeting by stage, as if there were a predictable progression from interest to conversion, means managing a reality that no longer exists. The consequence is not resolved at the level of tactics. It is resolved in how you decide where capital should work and what you expect from it.
Two shifts happened at the same time
Discovery scattered.
The buyer forms an opinion in search, in communities, in conversations between peers and in answers generated by artificial intelligence models, long before any interaction that can be recorded. Most of the journey unfolds where there is no instrumentation to follow it.
The signal degraded.
Tracking loss, privacy restrictions and how the algorithms operate have made attribution progressively less reliable. Defending investment based on what is directly measurable describes an ever smaller fraction of what actually determines the purchase.
That is why it stopped being a marketing problem.
If the decision forms outside what gets measured, and if it runs through discovery, evaluation, the purchase and the relationship that follows, no single function governs it. Marketing does not solve it alone, nor sales, nor operations. What determines growth is spread across all of them, and gets lost in the handoffs from one to the next.
That is why we do not work as a marketing agency. We build the growth system of a B2B company, and take responsibility for the whole that, until now, no one treated as one. That whole is what the four pillars describe.
What this produces.
Presence where the decision forms.
Our work ensures the company is present, and described clearly, on the surfaces where its market is. Presence stops being an incidental consequence of activity and becomes a position built deliberately.
Revenue tied to what generates it.
We connect marketing investment to pipeline formation and to revenue. From that reading, capital is reallocated to what demonstrably contributes to revenue. The investment decision comes to rest on real contribution, not on surface indicators.
Attribution that describes reality.
No attribution model captures the entirety of a journey that unfolds, in large part, outside measurement. Instead of defending investment based on what is conveniently trackable, we work with a reading that acknowledges the unobservable part and integrates it into the decision.
